Canada has one of the world’s strongest data-protection frameworks. The federal legislative act PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) has been in effect since 2000 and regulates how private companies collect, use, transfer, and store personal data of Canadian citizens. PIPEDA aligns with the modern “Gold Standards” of global privacy legislation:

•GDPR (2016) — the world’s strictest privacy framework for EU citizens

•CCPA (2018) — California’s privacy and consumer-rights law

•APPI (2003/2015/2020) — Japan’s personal-information protection act

•FADP (2023) — Switzerland’s updated federal data-protection act

Canada is officially recognized as a jurisdiction that provides “adequate protection” of personal data by the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other leading regulators. This recognition applies to Canadian private companies that process and store user data within Canada under full PIPEDA compliance.

PIPEDA is Canada’s privacy law with 10 principles to safeguard your information (like nickname, photos, location):

2. Purpose: We collect data only for clear purposes, like matching you with others. 

3. Consent: We ask your permission (checkbox) before using your data. 

4. Limiting Collection: We only gather what’s needed, nothing extra.

6. Accuracy: We keep your data up-to-date; you can update it anytime. 

7. Safeguards: We use encryption and Zero-Trust Supabase’s security to protect your data. 

8. Openness: Our Privacy Policy explains everything clearly. 

9. Access: You can correct your data, change access to it, delete your account and profiles at any time.

Your data is securely stored in Canada on AWS servers and Zero-Trust Supabase databases, protected by PIPEDA and SOC2 platforms compliant, with cross-border transfer as needed.

The YGAME app is unique in its approach to determining cognitive matching between members of YGAME society. Instead of relying solely on surface-level characteristics, YGAME Platform uses the real-time cognitive matching to assist members to find deeper connections.

YGAME platform is focused on dating, social and business networking, and facilitating connections in real-time.

The YGAME.AI platform's cognitive matching model v1.0 takes into account up to 150 factors to provide the best possible matches for its users. While YGAME methods are fascinating and can offer valuable and accurate insights with up to a 67% accuracy of predictions in real-time as of today, they are just one piece of the puzzle. That's why the app places similar priority on user preferences and interests when evaluating potential matches. By combining multiple facets of compatibility, the app strives to create meaningful connections that have the potential to last a lifetime.

The YGAME app enables you to search and filter profiles based on estimation of cognitive matching, as well as other preferences like search range, and personal character. However, most filtration options are only available on a paid plan and may not be accessible in the free version.

The YGAME.AI platform takes user privacy seriously and follows industry-standard security measures to protect personal information. We have strict policies in place to safeguard your data, and you have full control over your data at any time. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

The application features a reporting system that enables users to flag any inappropriate behaviour or offensive content in several ways.

Users can report such content by accessing the support chatbot in the support section, which can be found by clicking on the question mark icon located at the top of the navigation menu.

Additionally, users can also flag content by opening the 3 dot menu on the account page that violates our  Guidelines, or  through their private chatroom  by clicking on the user avatar icon and opening the user chat profile 

Once a report is submitted, it will be investigated privately by an AI system, which will then forward its findings to a human team that will promptly take the necessary actions.  See our Guidelines for more information.

We offer a dedicated customer support bot to assist our users. Moreover, we have a team of professionals who are always available to help you. You can contact them via email. We highly recommend that you first seek solutions with the support chatbot integrated into our app for more efficient support.

While the app offers a free basic version, there are premium features available with a subscription. These features enhance user experience and provide access to advanced compatibility insights.

The app has a set of community guidelines that prohibit discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behaviour. Moderation is conducted to maintain an inclusive and positive environment for all users. For more information, please refer to the Guidelines.

You can delete your account on the YGAME app anytime you want to leave the platform. However, we will retain your information for the next 30 days before deleting it. To delete your account, go to the my profile section of the app. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions.

When you create your profile, you have the option to set specific objectives for each profile type - Dating, Friendship, and Business. These goals could include finding a romantic partner who shares your interests, meeting new friends who enjoy the same hobbies as you, or networking with professionals in your field. By defining these objectives, the app can provide more tailored matches that align with your individual preferences and priorities.
