By downloading, installing, or using YGAME, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use YGAME. This EULA incorporates by reference our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy (available at [insert link to privacy policy]), and Community Guidelines, which must be accessible within the app and in App Store metadata. By using YGAME, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you must not use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use YGAME solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA, our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If YGAME includes in-app purchases, they must comply with applicable guidelines, including clear disclosure of costs.
Besides the above, Google Analytics also uses specific cookies XXXX for this purpose. The information stored in the cookie about your use of this website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We use the usage data collected with the help of Google Analytics to evaluate and statistically analyze the use of our website by its visitors. The data collection and processing is carried out on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in the optimization of our website including evaluation and analysis. You may create, post, or share content through YGAME. You agree that:
You will not post content that is abusive, offensive, harassing, hateful, obscene, threatening, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, including content that promotes violence, discrimination, bullying, physical harm, objectification of real people, sexually explicit or pornographic material (unless incidental and appropriately flagged), or violates intellectual property rights.
You will not impersonate others, spam, or attempt to harm the community experience.
You are responsible for the content you post. We retain the right to remove any UGC that violates these terms, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, distribute, and moderate your content as needed for app operation.
To maintain a safe environment, YGAME provides tools for content moderation:
Reporting: Users can flag objectionable content via an in-app mechanism, with responses provided within 24 hours.
Blocking: Users can block abusive accounts.
Filtering: Automated systems and human moderation review objectionable material proactively to filter out violations before posting.
Developer Action: Reported content will be reviewed within 24 hours. If found in violation, it will be removed and the offending account may be suspended or terminated. We may refer serious violations (e.g., illegal content) to law enforcement. Contact us at support(at)ygame.ai for moderation concerns or appeals. If UGC includes mature or explicit content, it must be hidden by default, opt-in only, and clearly labeled to ensure users are aware of its nature.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to YGAME without prior notice if you violate this EULA or our Terms of Use. You may appeal suspensions via support(at)ygame.ai within 30 days, and we will review appeals fairly within 7 days.
YGAME is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We implement reasonable data security measures, but disclaim any warranty regarding third-party content or app performance claims in metadata.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we comply with all applicable local and international laws in regions where YGAME is distributed, including data protection regulations like GDPR.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YGAME and its operators are not liable for damages arising from the use of the app or user-generated content. This includes indirect damages, but does not limit liability for gross negligence or violations of applicable privacy laws.
Our Privacy Policy details data collection, use, sharing, retention, and deletion practices. You consent to data processing as described therein, with options to revoke consent via app settings.
We minimize data collection to core functionality and do not share with third parties without equal protection guarantees.
